Reality. Every day we find ourselves once again in the midst of our human experience. We find different opinions from many people and are easily influenced by them. Sometimes we don't know what is the right path, what is the right thing to do. What is my purpose? We may even ask that question. Every day we wake up in this cycle. We listen to our opinions and are influenced by them. We allow ourselves to get caught up in opinions, conflicts, and material worries. But that is nothing to be ashamed of. We are human and this is all part of the experience of being human.

But sometimes it is good to lie down and meditate. Sweep away the thoughts that come with being human. This album is intended to help you do that.

Someday, we will all return to our soul. Don't be ashamed to get caught up in worry, doubt, and drama. You are human. That is the beauty of being human.
